arbitrations & mediation

We know what it takes to represent clients successfully in mediations and arbitrations, and lawyers at HBC have successfully represented clients in hundreds of mediations and arbitrations.  Moreover, two lawyers at HBC serve as arbitrators, which gives us valuable insight regarding how arbitrators analyze disputes.  Since 2007, David Driscoll has been on the American Arbitration Association’s Roster of Neutrals for Commercial Disputes.  Brad Peterson is on the American Arbitration Association Roster of Neutrals for both the Construction Industry and Commercial Panels.
