HBC attorneys Dan Williams and Colleen Koch joined with the ACLU of Colorado in filing a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of a Greeley, Colorado ordinance banning pedestrian presence on medians, arguing that the ban is intended to target panhandlers and infringes upon citizens’ free speech rights.
