HBC is a member of “10 FOR CHANGE” in which Boulder businesses have challenged each other to reduce their use of energy and to promote recycling of office equipment, paper products, water and other resources. 10 FOR CHANGE is a voluntary program operating under the auspices of the City of Boulder. HBC is also participating in the multi-week Sustainable Systems at Work roundtable offered by the Boulder Chamber of Commerce. That program examines characteristics of sustainability and technologies and strategies to achieve sustainability in the workplace.
